Priscilla Shirer A graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, with a Master's degree in Biblical Studies. She has been a conference speaker for major organizations and Christian audiences all across the world. In 1993, she began her speaking ministry while in college. Lincoln Street Missionary Baptist Church was founded in 1928. The original church was built in 1929 on Lincoln Street in Greenville, SC.
